RETURN POLICY

Everything we make is backed by our human support team and our “No Sweat Guarantee”. If there is a defect with any of our products, we'll make it right!
To report a defective product: Please email a photograph of the product defect along with your full name and store order number to support@our-store.co
What can be replaced or refunded: Apparel with holes or other defects. Incorrect products (ex. ordered a tank top and received a t-shirt, ordered a small and received a large). Misprints that the customer and/or store owner are not at fault for (ex: wrong print on the wrong location or product). Damaged products (hole in bag or defective tub lid).
What cannot be replaced or refunded: No replacements or credits will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Because most products are printed on-demand, we don't hold inventory of products so we are not able to offer refunds on erroneous orders placed by the customer. Any products that are damaged or soiled after initial receipt, and which are not suitable for resale may not be returned or exchanged.
To begin a return: Start by filling out the Return Authorization Form found here: our-l.ink/returnauthform. If approved, you'll receive a Return Approval slip to attach with your garments when you return them to your location. Products must be returned to the location within 5 business days of receipt of the Return Approval slip.
Refunds: Defects/issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a refund.
Replacements or refund: Defects/issues must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
